About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Change Lead to drive transformation, shape culture and help improve the lives of vulnerable children. Working within World Vision UK’s three‑year strategy, you will lead the people side of change across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a practical change framework to guide organisational transformation.
- Build and support a network of change champions throughout the organisation.
- Equip senior leaders to lead change confidently and effectively.
- Create engaging communications, tools and training that help colleagues navigate change successfully.
- Use data, insight and feedback to measure adoption, monitor readiness and continuously improve the change approach.
Required profile
- Significant experience leading complex organisational change programmes.
- Strong project or programme management expertise.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- A passion for helping people thrive through change and the ability to build trust and momentum across all levels.
