Strategic Procurement Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Strategic Procurement Partnerships Manager will lead the development and maintenance of strong relationships with Healthtrust Europe members, suppliers and key stakeholders, delivering sourcing and procurement initiatives that generate commercial value and positive outcomes for customers. The role covers the full procurement lifecycle—from strategy and tendering to contract implementation and performance management—ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer account plans aligned with member objectives.
• Build effective relationships with procurement leaders and stakeholders, conducting regular review meetings.
• Support customers throughout the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, tendering and contract implementation.
• Analyse spend and contract performance data to identify value‑creation opportunities.
• Facilitate collaboration between customers, suppliers and internal teams, resolving commercial and operational issues.
• Represent Healthtrust Europe at meetings, events and governance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, category or contract management.
• Strong ability to build and sustain customer and supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to interpret commercial and financial data.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
