Strategist, Agent Development (Norwegian speaking)

About the role

Sierra is looking for a Norwegian‑speaking Agent Development Strategist to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI agents for enterprise customers. You will work at the intersection of product, technology and customer‑facing teams, turning complex business problems into high‑impact conversational agents.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope definition, conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch and continuous iteration in production.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner daily with customer teams, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track for launch.
• Surface unmet customer needs and feed them back to product and research to influence Sierra’s roadmap.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality bars for new agents and drive week‑over‑week performance improvements.

• Strong customer obsession with a proven ability to build trusted relationships in complex organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic problem‑solving ability in ambiguous environments, with strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering multiple high‑visibility projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Reading and understanding API documentation
• Data modeling and system architecture concepts
• Evaluation frameworks for AI agents
• Agent tooling, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering
• Experience with large language models (LLM) in production
