Strategist, Agent Development (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

As an Agent Development Strategist you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Sierra’s AI agents for enterprise customers, turning complex business problems into conversational solutions that run at scale. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering and customer‑facing work, requiring close collaboration with both technical teams and senior client executives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the Agent Development Life Cycle from scoping and conversation design through launch, evaluation and continuous iteration.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategies that align with their business objectives.
• Run working sessions with customer teams, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track for production deployment.
• Identify unmet customer needs and feed them back to product and research to influence Sierra’s roadmap.
• Partner with product to prototype new agent architectures or self‑service tooling using live customers as design partners.

Required profile

• Strong customer obsession with a proven ability to build trusted relationships in complex organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic problem‑solving mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change.
• Technical aptitude to understand APIs, data models and system architecture.
• Track record of delivering multiple high‑visibility projects to measurable outcomes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Ability to read API documentation and comprehend data models and system architecture.
