Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation team, you will be client‑focused, managing projects and helping organisations unlock business value through sustainability programmes and initiatives. The role is based in London (with consideration for Dublin) and requires strong knowledge of climate and circularity topics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of consulting engagements on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Provide expert input on sustainability strategy, climate and circularity, and lead aspects of project work.
• Build client relationships, earning confidence and representing client interests.
• Develop and apply commercial models linking sustainability initiatives to tangible ROI and impact.
• Support business development through service development, proposal writing, and key account growth.
• Contribute to thought leadership, marketing materials, and internal innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in strategy/ transformation consulting (or 5+ years in‑house experience).
• Strong fluency in sustainability topics such as climate change and circularity.
• Proven experience with sustainability strategy, large transformation programmes, and change management.
• Excellent financial modelling skills and ability to engage with CFOs and finance teams.
• High numeracy with advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to embed AI into key workflows and processes.
