About the role
The Strategy Manager will support a global insurance broker in shaping and delivering strategic growth initiatives across its specialty insurance business. Working from London, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive projects that enhance market development and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of strategic growth initiatives.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to manage project timelines, priorities and deliverables.
- Identify improvement opportunities and help implement innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain knowledge‑sharing resources, training materials and business tools.
- Assist with market development activities and other strategic projects.
Required profile
- Experience in consulting, strategy or project management within the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
