Strategy & Operations Generalist (Product Ops)

About the role

Outpost is building the operating system for global commerce. As a Strategy & Operations generalist you will work across product, finance, GTM and partnerships, shaping how the company expands and operates.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding market and merchant insight into the product roadmap and prioritising features.
• Build and optimise scalable processes across onboarding, compliance and merchant operations, and launch new markets with full legal, tax and payments setup.
• Model unit economics for new markets, maintain financial models for investor updates and support fundraising and board materials.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑growth fintech or tech company (e.g., Revolut, Stripe, Wise) or in strategy consulting, investment banking or PE/VC.
• Strong analytical ability, comfortable building models and running SQL, with a bias for action and high EQ.
