About the role

Join a leading micro‑mobility company as a Street Patroller in Edinburgh. You will spend your days on a bike, ensuring that shared bikes and scooters are parked safely while engaging with the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the city on a bike, checking that bikes and scooters are parked responsibly.
• Identify and suggest new parking locations and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Interact with the public, answer questions and promote the service.
• Report misuse or unsafe behaviour to the operations team.
• Support local events and community activities to raise awareness of sustainable transport.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working outdoors and moving around the city.
• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Interest in sustainable transport and city mobility is a plus.
