Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brightwell, United Kingdom. You will own structural design projects from conception through completion, working with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, safe and compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structural concepts and designs in accordance with applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies, conduct detailed calculations, load analysis and modelling using industry‑standard software.
• Prepare and review detailed designs using Revit Structure, AutoCAD and calculation software, and create Bills of Quantities, specifications and material schedules.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, MEP and other disciplines, resolve conflicts and liaise with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
• Provide structural clarification and technical support during construction, monitor field changes and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 + years of professional structural design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD and structural calculation software.
• Demonstrated expertise in steel structural design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of structural codes, standards and regulatory compliance.
