Structured Finance Analyst – 4‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

This 4‑month fixed‑term position offers a finance professional the chance to work on high‑profile structured financing and treasury projects for a leading infrastructure and transport organisation. The role is hybrid, based in Central London, and provides exposure to complex debt, refinancing and cash‑management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the structuring and execution of financing arrangements for projects, acquisitions and refinancing activities.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to inform investment and funding decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, financial institutions and external advisors.
• Monitor debt facilities and financing agreements, ensuring compliance with covenants.
• Assist treasury operations, including cash management and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Help manage interest‑rate, foreign‑exchange and commodity risk exposures.
• Support KYC processes and credit approval requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver financing and treasury projects.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent); CFA or ACT is advantageous.
• Experience in structured finance, corporate finance, treasury, banking or infrastructure finance.
• Exposure to debt financing, refinancing, project finance or capital‑structure activities.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or a related business field.
