Student Dispensing Optician

About the role

Join Specsavers in Ealing Broadway as a Student Dispensing Optician, helping to deliver top‑class patient care in a friendly store environment. You will work alongside an industry‑leading team, supporting customers through their optical and audiology journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist in the use of the store’s five test rooms, including OCT equipment.
• Provide accurate dispensing advice and support under supervision.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service.

Required profile

• Currently studying a BSc (Hons) in Ophthalmic Dispensing.
• Strong understanding of optics and audiology customer journeys.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Team‑oriented and able to work one weekend day per week.

Required skills

• OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) operation.

What we offer

• Salary up to £29,000 per year, dependent on experience.
