Student Experience Advisor – Bath Student Accommodation

About the role

We are seeking a Student Experience Advisor to join our busy student accommodation team in central Bath. The role involves providing front‑of‑house customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, and supporting day‑to‑day operations on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and distribute parcels and deliveries.
• Carry out regular building patrols and respond to fire alarms.
• Greet students, visitors and contractors, handling enquiries professionally.
• Provide front‑of‑house customer service and support the onsite team.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations and maintain safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable with strong time‑keeping.
• Friendly, approachable and professional attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• £14.00 per hour.
• Full‑time (37.5 hrs) and part‑time (15 hrs) options.
• Rotating shifts: 5 days on, 2 days off, including weekends (7 am‑3 pm or 2 pm‑10 pm).
• Immediate start with commitment until September.
