Student Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Student Experience Coordinator to join a leading London higher‑education institution on a temporary basis. The role is fully office‑based in Central London, offering an immediate start and the chance to support students through reception, event coordination and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome students, visitors and stakeholders, providing a professional and friendly reception service.
• Support planning and delivery of student events, inductions and engagement activities.
• Manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Create newsletters, social media posts and simple promotional materials using Canva.
• Update Moodle pages, maintain programme information and support student communications.
• Assist with programme administration, event logistics, room bookings and general departmental support.

Required profile

• Friendly and approachable manner with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage a varied workload.
• Proactive, creative and collaborative approach to tasks.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

What we offer
