Student Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Student Recruitment Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end journey of prospective international students for Birmingham City University International College, from first enquiry to enrolment, and will lead a team of Student Ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective students through online and face‑to‑face channels.
• Manage enquiries and guide applicants through the application process.
• Support and coordinate recruitment activities to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Promote the college’s programmes nationally and internationally.
• Lead and develop a team of Student Ambassadors.
• Travel as required for recruitment events and outreach.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in education or student recruitment preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
