About the role
FindTutors is seeking empathetic individuals to join as Student Success Coaches. This remote position supports students’ wellbeing, motivation, and personal growth through online sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Support students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals.
- Teach effective study habits, time management, and mindset strategies.
- Encourage motivation, confidence, and resilience.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to discuss challenges and progress.
Required profile
- No formal coaching experience required.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Interest in student wellbeing and personal development.
- Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude.
