About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Swindon studio for a Temporary Studio Supervisor covering maternity leave. This fixed‑term position runs for up to nine months with possible extension, and requires flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends, plus occasional additional shifts for holidays or absences.
Key responsibilities
- Help create a welcoming, spotless and vibrant studio experience for every customer.
- Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- English at GCSE level or equivalent.
- At least one year of sales or customer‑facing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleaning standards.
- Proven ability to work towards targets and manage time effectively.
