Subject Lead – Hospitality and Management

About the role
The Foundation School is seeking a Subject Lead for Hospitality and Management to drive the delivery and development of this discipline. Based in London, the role will shape curriculum, support teaching staff and enhance the student experience across the programme.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Hospitality and Management modules.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, quality assurance and subject provision development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to academic staff, fostering effective teaching and collaboration.
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure students receive strong support and achieve positive outcomes.
- Monitor and report on subject performance, implementing enhancements as required.
Required profile
- Relevant MSc in Business, Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
- Minimum two years of lecturing experience in a higher education setting.
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTLS).
- Proven experience leading a module or subject area, including people‑management or team‑leadership responsibilities.
