Subsidence Claims Technician – Property

About the role

This position is based in our Property TPA Division and focuses on handling subsidence insurance claims. You will deliver first‑class service to policyholders, insurers and internal teams while managing a dedicated caseload from initial report to settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage subsidence claims to ensure timely resolution and compliance with client service level agreements.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports for insurers, including analysis, recommendations and settlement proposals.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other stakeholders to gather information and facilitate claim progress.
• Collaborate closely with a national team of field adjusters, sharing updates and coordinating investigations.
• Maintain accurate records in the claims management system and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Experience in property or insurance claims handling, preferably with exposure to subsidence issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, evidence‑based reports.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with a range of external and internal parties.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while meeting agreed service targets.
