About the role
The Subsidence Loss Adjuster will manage and resolve subsidence insurance claims, working from home while covering the West Midlands and surrounding counties. You will collaborate with a team, support other cases, and step in for colleagues as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct physical or video site visits to determine causation of subsidence.
- Work with Subsidence Regional Managers to produce preliminary reports.
- Assess damage, identify probable cause, and interpret policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Carry out repair assessment visits and compile scopes of work or tender documents.
Required profile
- Previous experience handling subsidence-related losses.
- Ideally holding or working towards MCIOB or MRICS qualifications, or experience as a loss adjuster with subsidence claims.
- Flexible, self‑motivated, and able to manage a remote working schedule.
