About the role
Nurture Fostering is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join our well‑established, family‑owned Independent Fostering Agency in Lewisham. Rated Good by Ofsted, we pride ourselves on being a small, supportive service where social workers are truly valued.
Key responsibilities
- Supervision and support of foster carers
- Provide training opportunities
- Participate in support groups
- Support children in care
- Work collaboratively with other professionals
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- Experience in fostering and/or Local Authority children’s social work
- Full driving licence (desirable)
