About the role

Integrated Services Programme is seeking a Supervising Social Worker – Fostering to join its team in Ashurst, Hampshire. This permanent, full‑time role provides professional supervision, quality assurance and training for foster parents, ensuring high standards of care for looked‑after children.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with foster parents to deliver meaningful supervision of placements.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and conduct regular audits.
• Design and deliver training programmes for prospective and current foster parents.
• Prepare accurate reports and meet strict deadlines.
• Interpret and apply relevant children’s services legislation.

Required profile

• Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
• Proven experience in children and families social work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legislation governing children’s services.
• Full driving licence with unrestricted access to a personal car.
• Enthusiastic, committed and able to work collaboratively with foster parents.

• Salary up to £39,500 per annum.
