Supervisor/Team Leader – Repairs, Maintenance & Voids

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to manage a dedicated crew delivering repairs, maintenance and void refurbishments for our property services portfolio in St Albans. You will ensure high‑quality service, meet KPI targets and keep projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team on assigned projects or work streams, driving excellent service standards.
• Assess resource needs and coordinate daily activities to meet time, cost and budget constraints.
• Manage DLOs and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective action when required.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in a relevant supervisory discipline.
• SMSTS certification.
• 3‑day First Aid qualification.
• UKATA asbestos awareness training.
• Proven experience in repairs & maintenance and small multi‑trade projects.
• Experience managing DLOs and subcontractors.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
