Supplier Management and Finance Lead

About the role

The Supplier Management and Finance Lead will oversee strategic supplier governance and financial control for a large, regulated IT outsourcing agreement. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with technology, finance, procurement and supplier teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and at the right cost.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supplier performance, compliance and subcontractor governance.
• Maintain commercial integrity and financial control of services, including pricing models and cost structures.
• Oversee supplier finance activities such as budgeting, cost control, financial reporting and audit readiness.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, operational and financial risks.
• Lead supplier negotiations, benchmarking and large‑scale transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in supplier or vendor management within IT outsourcing or managed services.
• Proven expertise in financial governance of large‑scale service contracts.
• Deep understanding of pricing models (fixed, variable, consumption‑based, T&M) and SLA‑based costing.
• Experience working in regulated environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Desirable knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks such as DORA and GDPR.
