Supplier Quality Technician

About the role

The Supplier Quality Technician will ensure that all supplier‑provided materials meet the company’s quality and compliance standards within a retail‑focused procurement environment. This permanent, onsite position is based in Maidstone and offers the chance to contribute to high‑quality supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess supplier quality performance against internal standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of supplier materials.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve supplier quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and quality reports.
• Support the resolution of non‑conformance issues with suppliers.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or quality assurance within the retail industry.
