Supplier Relationship Manager – Surveying & Minor Works

About the role

As a Supplier Relationship Manager you will be the central point for managing supplier contracts and performance within our Surveying & Minor Works function. You will ensure that services are delivered cost‑effectively, comply with procurement legislation and meet the high standards expected by residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationships, contract mobilisation and ongoing governance for the Surveying & Minor Works portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance data to identify risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with the Procurement Act and internal policies.
• Oversee contract spend, support forecasting, validate invoices and variations, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, legal, finance and external contractors to manage escalations and support audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier, contract or procurement management.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use performance metrics to improve service quality and cost efficiency.

Required skills

• Knowledge of procurement legislation and contract governance.
• Experience with KPI and SLA monitoring.

What we offer

• Salary range £48,000 – £53,474 per annum plus benefits.
• Hybrid working model – part office in Staines, part remote.
• Full‑time permanent contract with 35‑hour week.
