Supply Chain and Quality Manager

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager to join its Broughton team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity and performance of critical suppliers supporting cross‑programme assemblies.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier capability and quality standards during tendering, manage certifications and qualifications for new product introductions and transfers of work.
• Act as the primary operational interface, driving end‑to‑end performance to meet on‑time, on‑quality and cost targets.
• Identify industrial risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement rapid recovery plans when disruptions occur.
• Assess supplier capacity, lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure governance of supplier performance.

Required profile

• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
• Experience in supplier selection, onboarding, contract management and risk mitigation within a supply‑chain environment.
