Supply Chain Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Compliance Officer to join our London team. The role will ensure that our product portfolio complies with all relevant trade regulations, supporting the Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Product Managers and Operations on trading compliance, including commodity codes, tariffs, certificates and licences.
• Identify and set up HS and measuring codes for new product approvals in the ERP system (FBSS), including external validation where required.
• Monitor changes to HS code sub‑categories and re‑assess portfolio classification on an ongoing basis.
• Determine appropriate tariff rules based on commodity codes and market destinations.
• Verify country‑of‑origin classifications and document duty controls for all markets.
• Support the acquisition and renewal of import permits, certificates and licences.
• Conduct active surveillance of product licence suspensions and quota changes in the UK and EU.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures, deliver training and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Required profile

• Experience in trade compliance or related regulatory functions within a supply‑chain environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to monitoring regulatory changes and implementing improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as Quality, Logistics and Commercial.

Required skills

• ERP system experience (FBSS).
