Supply Chain Coordinator – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing food manufacturing business that produces authentic frozen Asian products. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging and consumables to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from creation to tracking.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and external suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply‑chain function.
• Assist with inventory control and production planning activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or production coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent Mandarin speaker.
• Strong organisational abilities and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments and external partners.

Required skills

• Experience raising and tracking purchase orders.
• Ability to manage material availability and supplier performance.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
