Supply Chain Coordinator – Hybrid (6‑8 month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator, responsible for managing stock levels and ensuring smooth operations across suppliers, warehouses and transport partners. This 6‑8 month fixed‑term position offers hybrid working and the opportunity to support health and safety compliance within a growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor current stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Analyse stock reports and use spreadsheets to track movements.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with suppliers and warehouse staff to streamline processes.
• Place replenishment orders and coordinate with suppliers, transport and shipping agents for timely delivery.
• Assist with traceability exercises to keep product records up to date.
• Support implementation of health and safety standards throughout the supply chain.
• Review and help manage storage, transport and import service providers to ensure product safety compliance.
• Adhere strictly to internal policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and product safety compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
