Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established organisation in Hartlepool to find a Supply Chain Coordinator for their operations team. This role offers a chance to develop a career in supply chain, procurement and stock management while supporting business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock positions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Complete stock reconciliations across multiple locations.
• Coordinate supply requirements with suppliers, terminals, depots and transport teams.
• Support pricing reviews and provide recommendations based on stock and market data.
• Assist with procurement activities and supplier management.
• Maintain pricing data and monitor stock availability.
• Produce management information and performance reports.
• Support month‑end stock and financial reconciliations.
• Assist with audits, compliance processes and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially aware with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in supply chain, stock control, inventory, procurement, logistics or a similar role is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications such as CIPS Level 3+, AAT Level 4+ or equivalent are advantageous.

• Salary of £30,000 per annum.
