Supply Chain Coordinator – Operations, Logistics & Forecasting

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading global FMCG distribution partner in Sutton. The role blends operations, logistics and forecasting responsibilities, supporting product managers, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply operations and logistics, overseeing cost structures and margin performance.
• Maintain accurate data integrity across systems, including Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with procurement, demand‑planning and distribution teams to produce reliable forecasts.
• Provide analytical and market support to product managers and the wider business.
• Assist customer service and business support teams with regulatory, technical and non‑conformance issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution or procurement environments.
• Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
