Supply Chain Internship – Connected Intelligence (12 months)

About the role

This 12‑month placement joins the Supply Chain team supporting the Connected Intelligence programme within Airbus Defence and Space. You will gain hands‑on experience in project management, contract analysis and procurement operations for critical defence and space programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Performance Reporting: Consolidate, analyse and present key Supplier Quality metrics (KPIs) to monitor delivery and quality standards.
• Improvement Programmes: Support transversal projects aimed at improving supplier capabilities, mitigating supply chain risks and solving recurring quality issues.
• Process Optimisation: Help standardise and simplify quality assurance processes and reporting tools across multi‑site UK and European teams.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student (must remain enrolled for the full 12‑month placement) studying Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related degree.
• Strong analytical abilities with an interest in data reporting and performance metrics.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn by doing.
