Supply Chain Lead – International FMCG Operations

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Lead to own end‑to‑end supply chain operations across several international markets for a fast‑growing FMCG brand. You will ensure products move efficiently from manufacturing to customer delivery while meeting service, cost and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete supply chain process across multiple countries, aligning product availability with demand forecasts.
• Optimise the supply chain network, including capacity planning, distribution strategy and future growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage inventory strategy, maintaining optimal stock levels, robust controls and accurate reporting across distribution sites.
• Build and oversee strategic relationships with third‑party logistics providers, driving performance through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Implement improvements to supply chain processes, systems and ERP platforms to support scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations and inventory governance in all markets.
• Provide operational reporting and performance insights to support business decisions.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end supply chain operations in FMCG, consumer goods or similar fast‑moving environments.
• Strong knowledge of international supply chain functions, including planning, inventory management and logistics.
• Experience managing suppliers, co‑packers and 3PLs with a focus on performance measurement.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance service levels, cost and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain technologies.
