Supply Chain & Logistics Internship – 12.5 months

About the role

Airbus is offering a 12.5‑month placement in its Supply Chain & Logistics department at the Broughton production site. The role gives you a full‑cycle view of the aerospace supply chain, from planning and supplier management to transport and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier work packages, monitor delivery dates and resolve non‑conformances.
• Execute SAP transactions such as purchase order creation, stock management and exception handling.
• Support Supply Chain Business Partners and understand their communication needs.
• Familiarise with ordering management and its interaction with planning, supply and logistics.
• Apply digital tools – data analytics, process mining and robotic process automation – to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
