Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee demand planning, inventory management, distributor relationships and logistics operations for Vanity Group and the wider La Bottega Collective across the UK and Europe. This hands‑on role ensures efficient supply‑chain processes and optimal resource utilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the demand planning file, aligning historical orders with sales forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels across direct and distributor warehouses, minimising slow‑moving stock.
• Chair monthly S&OP meetings with sales and other stakeholders to improve SKU efficiency.
• Coordinate purchase orders with centralised procurement and the group office.
• Source and manage warehouse/3PL services, including tender processes.
• Oversee freight forwarder activities and ensure smooth logistics for UK and Europe regions.
• Manage distributor relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, demand planning or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of logistics, 3PL services and freight forwarding.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, procurement and external partners.
• Experience coordinating S&OP processes and managing tender activities.
