Supply Chain Manager – West London (On-site)

About the role

Masafina, a UK‑based producer of authentic Mexican food, is entering a scale‑up phase and needs a hands‑on Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end supply chain, from long‑lead imports from Mexico to daily production planning in the UK, working directly with the founders and operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and supplier relationships across UK and Mexico, communicating with Mexican suppliers in Spanish.
• Place purchase orders, track confirmations and monitor lead times, especially the 4‑month+ import cycle from Mexico.
• Handle international logistics and customs in both Mexico and the UK, coordinating inbound deliveries from port to warehouse.
• Maintain stock accuracy, rotation, write‑off minimisation and Cin7 Core data integrity; feed demand and stock data into production planning.
• Optimise inventory and ERP systems, implementing tools and automation to improve data flow.
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards covering stock, purchasing and operational KPIs.
• Lead cost‑saving and Existing Product Development initiatives across purchasing, packaging and supply chain.
• Analyse business efficiencies, flag variances and present insights to founders and ops leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal Spanish for direct communication with Mexican suppliers.
• Proven experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or food operations.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise ERP, WMS or inventory systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building models, dashboards and reports.
• Hands‑on experience with demand planning and production scheduling.

Required skills

• Cin7 Core (or comparable ERP/WMS platforms such as Unleashed, NetSuite, TradeGecko).
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
