Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the role

You will lead supply chain operations for a specific business unit of a global manufacturing company based in South London. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will own end‑to‑end supply chain processes, from stock management to supplier relationships, driving efficiency and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock availability and minimise supply‑chain risk.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners.
• Control costs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Report weekly on operational performance and key metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain and logistics operations with a strong customer focus.
• Background in a manufacturing environment, preferably handling product innovation and development considerations.
