Supply Chain Planner

About the role

Beauty Pie is a luxury beauty buyers’ club that is reshaping the industry. The Supply Chain Planner will own the end‑to‑end supply signal, inventory health and purchase‑order execution for a diverse SKU portfolio, supporting both existing products and new launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex SKU portfolio that includes existing products, new product development (NPD) and continuous product updates (EPDs).
• Maintain and optimise safety stock, reorder points and Min/Max levels to balance service levels with working capital.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and minimise out‑of‑stock risks.
• Translate demand forecasts into short, medium and long‑range supply plans.
• Work with freight partners to optimise freight spend and meet cost and delivery SLAs.
• Partner with NPD teams to launch innovations on‑time and phase out exiting SKUs.
• Contribute to the monthly Supply Chain Review as part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Ensure purchase orders align with IBP sign‑off and proactively manage slow‑moving or obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with Supplier Relationship Management on escalations and capacity constraints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning or inventory management within consumer goods or retail, demonstrated by strong KPI results.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability, a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who can build collaborative relationships across all organisational levels.
• High ownership and accountability, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, for PO creation, goods receipt and inventory management.
• Familiarity with demand‑supply planning tools such as Anaplan, Kinaxis or o9.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas and data analysis.
