Supply Chain Projects Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Projects Lead to drive cross‑functional product launch initiatives for a fast‑growing FMCG brand in London. You will act as the primary supply chain representative throughout New Product Development (NPD) and product change projects, ensuring operational readiness and risk mitigation from concept to first customer delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain aspects of NPD and product change projects, aligning operational requirements with project timelines.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Customer Service and Logistics to guarantee seamless launches.
• Assess lead times, minimum order quantities, critical paths, inventory needs and operational risks.
• Ensure accurate product master data, barcode implementation and artwork compliance before launch.
• Validate ordering processes and support first‑time deliveries to customers.
• Conduct post‑launch reviews to measure data accuracy, performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support broader supply chain and procurement initiatives such as repacking and relabelling projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, operations or project management, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated involvement in NPD or product change projects.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail and a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
