About the role
Reeson Education is looking for enthusiastic supply class teachers to cover primary school classes across Portsmouth. This temporary role offers an immediate start and the chance to work in a variety of school environments, helping maintain continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for different year groups.
- Adapt quickly to each school's routines and culture.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide consistent support to meet each school's educational objectives.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to cover a range of year groups and school settings.
Required skills
- Classroom management.
- Lesson planning and delivery.
- Effective communication with students and staff.
What we offer
- Daily rate of £140‑£200, paid per day worked.
