About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified primary teachers to provide supply cover across schools in Cheshire. This temporary position offers the chance to work in vibrant classroom environments while supporting pupil achievement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, curriculum‑aligned lessons as a well‑qualified classroom practitioner.
- Maintain a positive and effective learning environment for all children.
- Collaborate with staff to drive school improvement and uphold high standards.
- Manage challenging behaviour using proven strategies.
- Inspire, challenge and motivate learners to reach their full potential.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage challenging behaviour.
- Commitment to long‑term engagement with a class and a desire to make a positive impact.
