About the role
Reed Education is expanding its talent pool for primary teachers in Medway and Mid Kent. The role involves providing day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term cover for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes across a range of schools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the national curriculum for KS1 and KS2 in line with school policies.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning during cover periods.
Required profile
- Qualified primary teacher (Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent).
- Flexibility to work across multiple schools in Medway and Mid Kent.
- Willingness to take on day‑to‑day, short‑term or longer assignments.
