About the role
We are seeking qualified supply teachers to cover primary classes across schools in Sevenoaks and Tonbridge. The role offers flexible, part‑time assignments with the opportunity to work 2‑5 days per week, supporting pupils in early years and key stages 1‑2.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and adapt resources for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Mark student work, provide feedback and prepare hand‑over notes for the class teacher.
- Follow each school’s policies and procedures, including safeguarding and DBS requirements.
- Be available for short‑notice assignments, sometimes receiving bookings on the morning of the placement.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching across at least two key stages (EYFS & KS1 or KS1 & KS2).
- Reliable personal transport and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes.
- Availability for 2‑5 days per week.
- Newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.
