About the role

We are looking for resilient, adaptable individuals to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) schools in Plymouth on a supply basis. The role offers flexible, weekly‑paid work that can be tailored to your personal schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support to SEND classrooms and staff on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Assist pupils with special educational needs, following guidance from senior staff.
• Adapt to different school settings, gaining experience across multiple SEND environments.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Resilient and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
• No prior school experience required; full training and support are provided.
• Backgrounds in care, customer service, youth work, or similar are welcome.
