About the role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Supply Teacher to deliver high‑quality lessons across secondary schools in Brighton and the wider Sussex area. This day‑to‑day role offers flexible working and the chance to make a positive impact on students’ learning journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching across various secondary schools.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments, teaching methods and curricula.
• Create a positive and conducive learning atmosphere for students.
• Implement lesson plans effectively to meet curriculum objectives.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching secondary school children (preferred but not essential).
• Adaptability to different educational settings and teaching styles.
• Enthusiasm for education and a passion for teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
