About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join a range of well‑regarded primary schools in Hastings on a full‑time, long‑term basis. The role offers a stable placement with the potential to become a permanent position, allowing you to become an integral part of the school community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of different age groups and abilities.
- Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school policies.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, KS2) is ideal.
- Strong adaptability with a proactive, professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Effective classroom management techniques.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learner needs.
- Knowledge of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curricula.
