About the role

Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to work across primary schools in the Portsmouth area. This temporary role offers day‑to‑day assignments that fit around your personal schedule, allowing you to gain experience in a variety of classroom settings.

Key responsibilities

• Step into classrooms on short notice and deliver planned lessons.
• Engage students and ensure they follow the learning objectives set by the school.
• Adapt quickly to each school's environment and contribute positively to the teaching team.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and teaching quality in every placement.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly.
• Flexible, enthusiastic approach to working in diverse school settings.
