Supply Teacher – Flexible Daily Rate in East Sussex

About the role
We are seeking dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers to cover assignments across schools in East Sussex. The role is ideal for educators who can commit to a minimum of two days per week, with the possibility of extending to a full five‑day week.
Key responsibilities
- Attend early morning briefings (typically at 7 am) to receive daily assignment details.
- Teach classes in various schools, delivering engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide timely feedback on student progress and participate in required school meetings.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development.
