Supply Teacher – Flexible Days in East Sussex

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic supply teachers to cover classes across schools in East Sussex. The role offers flexible working days, with a minimum commitment of two days per week and the possibility to increase to five days.
Key responsibilities
- Attend early morning briefings (around 7 am) to receive daily assignments.
- Teach in a variety of school settings, delivering lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback on student progress and contribute to school meetings as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development.
