Supply Teacher – Flexible Days in Medway

About the role
Reed Education is looking for enthusiastic supply teachers to provide day‑to‑day cover and longer‑term assignments across all Key Stages in the Medway area. The role offers flexible days and hours, allowing you to fit teaching around your personal schedule while gaining experience in a variety of school settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the planned curriculum for the assigned class and Key Stage.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
- Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of different schools.
- Provide accurate attendance and assessment records.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work on short‑notice assignments across the Medway region.
- Strong communication skills with pupils, staff and parents.
- Ability to manage diverse classroom situations.
Required skills
- Curriculum delivery for primary and secondary key stages.
- Classroom management techniques.
- Adaptability to different school policies and timetables.
